Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with metal, and have a knack for technical craftsmanship? Are you looking for a role where you can deliver real quality within a close-knit team? Then this position as a Steelconstruction Specialist at a growing metalworking company in Ossendrecht might be perfect for you!

What are you going to do?

As a Steelconstruction Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assembling, processing, and installing steel components for custom constructions. You’ll read technical drawings and translate them into high-quality products. You’ll work in a well-equipped workshop with modern tools and machinery, alongside experienced professionals.

This role offers plenty of room for growth: you’ll learn new techniques and contribute to a variety of projects. After just two months, you’ll have the opportunity to join the company directly on contract!

A full-time position (40 hours per week) in day shifts
Monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,400, depending on experience and independence
25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance

What do we ask?

Proven experience as a steelconstruction worker or in metalworking
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Precision and independence in your work
Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) level
Willingness to work in Ossendrecht (easily accessible by car and public transport)
A motivated and eager-to-learn attitude
