We're looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our F&B team at our beautiful hotel in Amsterdam. Your role will include serving our guests at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This variety is precisely what makes your job so dynamic! Every day, you'll ensure our guests feel warmly welcomed and have everything they need. Take charge of the menu and help us offer every guest an unforgettable experience!

What will you be doing?
                                                                                                                                                                                                 You'll take orders and serve drinks and dishes with care and attention, always with the goal of giving our guests an unforgettable experience. Whether it's a refined 5-course dinner in our restaurant, a quick lunch, or a cozy drink at the bar, you and your colleagues will ensure flawless and professional service. You'll handle the mise en place, set up the breakfast buffet during morning shifts, prepare the tables and chairs, and take it down again. At the end of your shift, you'll ensure the restaurant and workspace are spotless. You have an eye for detail and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the first greeting to the moment guests leave!

Where will you do that?
The former Shipping House of Amsterdam now houses one of Amsterdam's most iconic five-star hotels, Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. The hotel boasts 205 luxurious rooms, including 22 suites, eight meeting and event spaces, a Bar Lounge, and a Spa & Wellness center. Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam is located just 500 meters from Central Station and is easily accessible from the highway. • You either have experience in the hospitality industry or are eager to learn from a committed team. 
• You're easygoing and have a welcoming attitude. Going the extra mile for your guests is in your DNA.
• You are flexible; working weekend shifts or on a public holiday doesn't scare you.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

• A salary in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Collective Labor Agreement based on an employment contract and depending on your experience.
