We are looking for an experienced logistics professional with leadership skills to lead a team of 10–15 colleagues, ensuring smooth goods flow and accurate inventory management. This full-time day-shift role offers a direct contract with the client and the chance to make a real impact on warehouse operations.

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will oversee goods receipt and inventory management. Around 80% of your role focuses on leading your team and monitoring warehouse processes, while the remaining 20% involves hands-on support on the warehouse floor when needed.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Detecting and resolving discrepancies
• Leading and supporting a team of 10–15 warehouse staff
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Planning workforce capacity, including permanent and temporary staff
• Implementing improvements and optimizations in SAP
• Conducting stock audits, cycle counts, and adjustments
• Receiving and processing incoming shipments

You will collaborate closely with the planning, production, and outbound teams to ensure smooth operations.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,100, depending on your work experience.
• 28 days of holiday per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
• A full-time job with daytime hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., so you are free in the evenings and at weekends.

For this logistics role, we are seeking a Team Leader with proven experience and strong oversight. You will fit this profile if:

• You are fluent in Dutch, English, and Polish.
• You have prior experience leading a warehouse team.
• You are results-driven, practical, and able to act decisively and clearly when needed.
• You are skilled in using ERP or WMS systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, such as inbound operations or inventory management.
