At WeeDutch, we lead the European market with premium, lab-tested cannabinoid ingredients. From distillates and isolates to edibles and cutting-edge patent-filed extracts, our product portfolio drives innovation and compliance in the hemp industry.
We are growing – and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be trained directly by a Senior Sales Executive and grow into a key player in our commercial operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support clients with up-to-date information on product availability, lead times, and order progress.
  • Conduct outreach to potential new customers and markets across Europe.
  • Assist with the sales pipeline: from lead generation and product presentations to deal closing.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, compliance requirements, and client needs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive and internal teams to optimize the customer experience.


Gevraagd

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management or customer service (internships count too).
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in the cannabinoid or health & wellness industry is a big advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid team.
  • Based in the Netherlands – preferably within reach of Breda.
