Be the key in logistics! Join as Yard Coordinator in Maasvlakte and earn €3,200 p/m. 

As a Yard Coordinator, you are the central point in the logistics process on our site. You are the first point of contact for drivers and carriers, ensuring that all movements around the docks run according to schedule, safety regulations, and legal requirements. In this role, you will have frequent contact with our warehouse, transport planning, and external parties such as customs and carriers.

What will you do?

• Welcome drivers, check documents (CMR, customs papers, transport orders), and ensure proper processing.
• Register arrival and departure times and enter data into our system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and transport planning regarding loading and unloading schedules.
• Identify discrepancies or missing documentation and take appropriate action in consultation with customs or carriers.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations on-site and at the docks.
• Act as a link between internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably with transport documents and customs processes.
• Good command English, both spoken and written.
• Independent and accurate working style combined with strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Possession of your own car due to the Maasvlakte location.
• Immediate availability.
