As a Key Account Desk Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our largest business clients. Working alongside a team of seven colleagues, you will ensure the smooth handling of shipments, playing a crucial role in DHL Freight's success. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating transport, monitoring delivery schedules, resolving operational issues, and processing administrative data while reporting on performance.

Wij vragen:

- You have completed an MBO-level education (or equivalent), preferably in logistics or a commercial field;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in logistics;
- Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented.
