Wat ga je doen?

Heb jij de ambitie om onze Inventory Controller te worden?

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-of-month, end-of-quarter, cycle, and physical inventory counts.
Run inventory reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and transfer data to count sheets.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in WMS.
Correct back routes, re-routes, and shipping errors as required.
Generate and distribute daily inventory reconciliation reports, adjustment summaries, productivity reports, and error reports.
Coordinate and monitor automated stock transfers.
Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy and support operational requirements by coordinating file extracts and reconciliation programs.
Contribute to a safe work environment by following GXO Health & Safety standards.
Support environmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in line with GXO policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Intermediate Vocational Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Knowledge of LEAN warehousing principles.

Skills & Competencies

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to read and comprehend English work instructions and work independently.
Experience operating material handling equipment and RF scanners.
Demonstrates personal accountability and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to respond to inquiries via phone or email.
Able to give direction and guidance to others when required.
Disciplined, dependable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
