Wat ga je doen?

Heb jij de ambitie om onze Teamleader te worden?

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to optimize team performance.
Manage daily operations and ensure all operational KPIs are met.
Assign tasks, monitor work accuracy, and maintain documentation of processes.
Foster a safe and positive work environment, resolving employee issues and applying corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate start-up activities with cross-functional teams.
Make operational recommendations regarding hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
Plan and schedule personnel to support all shifts and accounts efficiently.
Interact daily with internal and external customers at an operational level.
Ensure compliance with GXO Health & Safety standards and contribute to environmental performance initiatives.
Adhere to legal, GXO, and industry standards while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Dit zoeken we in onze Teamleader

Requirements:

Intermediate Vocational Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a similar warehouse leadership role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
Experience with LEAN warehousing principles.

Skills:

Self-driven, resilient, and proactive in a challenging environment.
Comfortable working in diverse, international teams.
Committed to high-quality work with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong reporting, presentation, and financial skills.
Technically knowledgeable and eager to continue personal development.
