As a Customer Success Manager, you will be speaking with the decision makers and project owners in fashion companies on a daily basis with a responsibility to drive product and feature adoption, satisfaction and growth. You will manage customer relationships, build strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders to help global retailers in Europe achieve success with our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying evolving customer needs, so our Product teams can ensure the products and services continue to stay relevant and cutting edge.
- Collaborating with decision-makers: Engage directly with key stakeholders at international fashion brands to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Managing relationships: Guide customers as a trusted advisor and build long-term partnerships.
- Ensuring success: Lead customers through their entire journey with a structured approach, ensuring results at every stage.
- Maximizing value: Increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value by ensuring effective use of our solutions.
- Monitoring health: Analyze customer data and success metrics to optimize product usage and secure retention.
- Representing the customer: Translate feedback and evolving needs into valuable input for our Product teams to drive continuous improvement.
You are customer-centric and proactive, identifying and tackling challenges before they arise. With empathy and curiosity, you explore innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience. Bold and agile, you adapt strategies, convince customers to take action and you have an intrinsic drive to grow your customer portfolio. Detail-oriented and results-driven, you leverage data and our CRM tools to set priorities and autonomously create action plans. You identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, backed by deep product knowledge, making a significant impact by putting customers front and center.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role in a B2B SaaS company;
- Demonstrated success in a closing role (Sales or Customer Success);
- Proven track record of owning and managing a client portfolio and ensuring their success and growth;
- Fluency in English and Spanish, French or Italian;
- Willingness to travel.
