Are you a hands-on Growth Marketer who is looking to work for a mission-driven company? We are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize growth-focused campaigns across digital channels
Execute marketing activities hands-on: ads, content, email, landing pages, SEO, etc
Partner with Revenue Operations to refine funnel performance and measure impact
Research and adopt new AI-driven marketing tools, tactics, and channels
Ensure all campaigns comply with medical and regulatory standards
Provide Sales with compelling messaging, collateral, and lead generation support
Strengthen the brand presence across both digital and offline channels.

What You Bring

4–6 years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing
A growth mindset with enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to set KPIs, measure impact, and adapt quickly
High attention to detail and awareness of compliance in regulated industries - Coming from Med-Tech, Fin-Tech, Medical Device, or Pharma industry is a must.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate across Sales, RevOps, and Product teams
Startup-ready: adaptable, resourceful, and energized by fast-moving environments.

What We Offer

Initial 1-year contract with the prospect of transitioning to a permanent position
Flexible hours and hybrid work setup (32–40 hours per week) with weekly in-person team meetings
25 days of annual leave (based on full-time employment)
