As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager you will play a key role in creating a wonderful experience for our guests and team members.

TOZI restaurant & bar is located within the Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam, a stone’s throw from leafy Vondelpark.

As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager:

You will be the right hand to our Food & Beverage Manager
Strong wine knowledge and the ability to guide guests through pairing options are essential aspects of this role.
You will ensure that the TOZI team and the entire operation are focused on delivering unforgettable experiences
You are a passionate advocate for our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who fosters an empowering culture within the team
You want to share your passion for Italy & its local products, at the table with our guests
Someone who leads by example and motivates the team to provide an outstanding guest experience
Your biggest driving force? Exceeding guests' expectations and keeping them coming back for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
