As an Operator, you will strengthen the Production team in 3 shifts at the 24/5 operating location in Veenendaal! Per morning, afternoon or evening shift, you are with a total of 6 Operators and you report to a line manager. With a total of 18 Operators, you work together to achieve the production objectives. Together with your colleagues on the line, your line manager, team leader, the manufacturing manager, the quality department and breakdown mechanics, you work on a good working atmosphere that guarantees top results. The Production team is known for its cooperation, focus on results and taking responsibility.

In addition to a good salary, we offer:

Team allowance of 20%;
25 days of vacation and 8% holiday pay;

Working hours divided into three shifts, with the morning shift working from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the evening shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.;

With your need for quality, order and structure, you are able to meet all requirements regarding product quality, (food) safety and HACCP regulations. In your work you excel by continuously communicating with your colleagues on the line about production progress, planning and the materials, raw materials and auxiliary materials to be prepared. You facilitate your colleagues by taking responsibility for changing equipment during product changes. This way you keep the peace on the line, guarantee continuity and contribute directly to a working environment that focuses on quality.

As a Machine Operator you have a positive impact by:

Setting up and operating various machines and equipment with which the (chocolate) waffles are coated and packed fully automatically
Ensuring the quality and continuity of the production process by ensuring a constant and timely supply of the product to be packaged and the necessary packaging materials
When changing products, change over, set up, test run and adjust equipment in order to then start up the production and packaging combination
Periodic maintenance of equipment, intervention and resolution of operational faults
You are involved in continuously improving the quality and performance of the line by performing periodic quality controls
Troubleshooting simple technical problems

Wat neem je mee?

As a Machine Operator you recognize yourself in the following points:

MBO work and thinking level
Experience with production work, preferably in the food industry
Relevant examples that demonstrate that you have good communication skills
Good command of Dutch and English.
