On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Innovation Manager. Our client is a multinational food company focused on health through nutrition, with products in Dairy and Plant-Based, Baby and Medical Nutrition, and Water categories.
As an Innovation Manager Food Projects, you will manage the innovation and renovation project pipeline across multiple brands, working closely with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to implement key global and EU product launches in the Benelux market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept to market launch for new and renovated products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Participate in risk assessments and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in FMCG, Food/Dairy, or Healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
