You’re an experienced Project Manager who knows how to lead complex projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’re comfortable working across disciplines and know how to turn commercial goals into concrete supply chain solutions. You bring structure, energy and a clear sense of ownership.

What you bring:

• MSc, MA or MBA degree
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG project management
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

As Project Manager, you’ll lead Design to Value and renovation projects within the dairy industry. These projects aim to improve product value and reduce costs by aligning commercial needs with production capabilities. You’ll work closely with teams in R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, acting as the central coordinator throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with commercial business units across Europe and selected markets outside Europe, supporting the development and commercialization of dairy products for major retailers. Your role includes managing planning, execution and documentation, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and supporting business case development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional project teams from start to finish
• Ensuring timely delivery, budget control and quality standards
• Managing projects mainly in Europe 
• Managing project documentation and updates
• Aligning stakeholders and supporting business case development
