As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You will monitor orders and deliveries, liaise with carriers and internal departments, and ensure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
Description
Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external matters related to customer requests.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in communication or logistics processes.
- Handle complaints and questions administratively, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Suggest and discuss process improvements with your Manager to enhance service efficiency.
Profile
What we are looking for in a Customer Service Representative:
- Experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within the logistics and warehousing industry.
- MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking.
- Fluent in English (mandatory). Dutch is a plus, and additional languages are highly welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to work well under pressure.
- Organized, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week, for at least 6 months.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
