Your new company
Our client is one of the few end-to-end pharmaceutical companies in the Netherlands. Our production process goes through all stages from raw material to finished, filled, and packaged product. The production process meets the highest standards as outlined in GMP. Quality and safety are regularly inspected by both Dutch and international authorities. They are an organisation committed to providing high-quality plasma-derived products. This is done through complex methods used to isolate proteins from blood plasma to transform them into life-saving medicines. Not only are they committed to patient care, they also develop advanced solutions for client partners.

Your new role
As a Quality Engineer, you will provide first-line quality support to various production departments. This support mainly consists of inspection and investigation, reporting, and advising and implementing improvements in quality. Your goal is to ensure and maintain the continuity and quality of the department at an optimal level. You will work in a matrix organisation within value stream management for various products and ensuring release timelines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

A bachelor’s level education in a scientific field and knowledge of quality in pharmaceutical production processesWork experience in the pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of GxP guidelines and relevant software systemsExperience with automation and/or engineering in a production environmentStrong analytical skills and excellent communication abilitiesEnjoy working in a matrix organisationInterested in developments within your field and eager to advise on their applicability to productionProficiency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
What you'll get in return
Hays Detaching – This is a project that is ongoing until January 2026. The extension of this project is unknown as of now, so, it cannot be guaranteed. With this contract you will also receive a competitive salary and your travel expenses will be covered. Competitive salary between 3900 and 5500 bruto per month based on level of experience.
