Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sourcing and procurement? Ready to transform a global landscape and make an impact at the highest level? Then we have a challenge for you.
As Head of Sourcing, you are responsible for developing and executing our global and cluster sourcing strategy. You lead an ambitious team, optimize processes, and build sustainable supplier relationships within our indirect spend categories. You are a crucial sparring partner for senior management, key stakeholder and play a key role to support our growth initiatives to connect the dots.
- Develop and implement a forward-looking sourcing strategies that delivers value;
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team;
- Negotiate complex contracts and framework agreements;
- Identify market trends and strategic cost-saving opportunities;
- Initiate cost-saving projects and process optimizations;
- Report on KPIs and strategic insights to management;
- Act as a change leader within transformation projects
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, including several years in a leadership role;
- Experience in sourcing for key categories like IT, automation, warehouse equipment, and facilities is essential; familiarity with logistics and production environments is a valuable plus;
- Strategic insight, analytical ability, and leadership potential;
- Experience in the Benelux market and familiarity with local sourcing practices and supplier networks is a strong asset;
- Experience with ERP systems, procurement software (S2P), and data tools like Excel, Power BI, etc;
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch language skills are highly valued.
