Together with Van Hattum en Blankevoort, Boskalis is realizing the sunken railway—a crucial component of the High-Frequency Rail Programme (PHS). • Work Location: The office is easily accessible by Public Transport (PT) – Den Bosch Central Station (the office is located on the border of Den Bosch / Vught).
• Office Occupancy: Approximately 100 people | 'Luxurious' office | Shared (paid) lunch 2x per week.

The number of passenger and freight trains is increasing between Meteren and Boxtel. To make this possible, a fourth track is being constructed between 's-Hertogenbosch and Vught. Unique to this project is the underground construction of two tracks in Vught, which creates a level-free crossing and a more efficient flow-through. This extensive project is part of the High-Frequency Rail Programme (PHS).

As a Work Control Planner, you will work within the VAW (Prior Works) cluster. You are the pivot in coordinating and monitoring the work preparation so that the project can start in a streamlined manner and according to plan. You will work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team with various specialists, including environmental managers, construction managers, and other crucial team members who contribute to the project's progress.

• You will regularly consult with environmental managers to discuss actions, substantive points, progress, and urgency.
• You are responsible for updating the schedule based on the current progress.
• You seamlessly integrate the VAW schedule with the overall project planning.
• You draw up inspection plans, prepare inspections for execution, and evaluate completed inspections.
• You accurately assess permit drawings.
• You proactively follow up on quotations and call-offs for materials from subcontractors.
• You coordinate the planning and phasing of the work with Work Preparers from other clusters.

• Completed MBO 4 (vocational/intermediate vocational education) or HBO (higher professional education) degree in road construction or comparable field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Work Preparer / Planner within GWW (Ground, Road, and Waterworks) projects.
• Knowledge of road construction and the willingness to further develop in this field.
• Experience with Relatics, AutoCAD, standard Office packages (is a preference/asset)

• This is a secondment agreement (detachment) with Boskalis Nederland via Yacht for a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of extension and a potential permanent contract with Boskalis.
• The role is for 32–40 hours per week.
• We offer a competitive package of employment conditions, dependent on work experience.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Workdays: 5 x 8 hours is preferred; 3 x 8 hours is the minimum; 4 x 8 hours is manageable.
• Working hours: Generally, first meetings start around 08:00 AM | sometimes a later start is negotiable.
• Home office / Office ratio: A minimum of 3 days onsite + 1 day Work From Home (WFH).
