Your responsibilities are to:

• Lead weekly trading reviews across key metrics (sales, margin, returns, sell-through);
• Execute trading actions to maximize Cyber Month and Holiday performance;
• Plan and optimize Zalando ZMS campaigns for ROI;
• Align assortment and promotions with Planning and Marketing;
• Monitor stock utilization and address commercial risks promptly;
• Drive Zalando ZFS assessment and rollout with Logistics and Finance;
• Identify and prioritize new marketplace opportunities for 2026;
• Support contract discussions with Legal and Finance;
• Oversee product activation and day-to-day trading coordination;
• Manage reporting dashboards (OEV, profitability, returns);
• Act as key liaison across Planning, Ops, Marketing, and regional teams;
• Guide direct reports and support onboarding processes.

Gevraagd

The Ideal candidate has:

• 6+ years in eCommerce/marketplace management;
• Experience with Zalando, About You, ASOS platforms;
• Knowledge of ZMS (marketing) and ZFS (fulfillment) models;
• Strong commercial and trading skills, especially in peak seasons;
• Proven cross-functional leadership (Planning, Marketing, Ops, Finance);
• Sharp analytical and reporting capabilities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
