Your role
As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring worldwide shipments. You make sure our medicines reach affiliates, distributors, and customers safely and on time. In this role, you are the key link between internal teams, logistics partners, and international customers.
With your structured approach, import and export processes run smoothly, issues are solved quickly, and you contribute to a reliable supply of life-changing products.

What you will do

• Process supply orders on a daily basis and handle import/export documentation.
• Book, monitor, and coordinate international shipments.
• Proactively address and resolve service and logistics issues.
• Manage and execute return processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Actively participate in process improvements and KPI achievements.
• Represent your team in cross-functional projects.
• Stay up to date with GMP/GDP requirements and training.

What you bring

• A Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant Supply Chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid computer skills (Excel) and ideally ERP and SAP experience.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Customer Service or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to set priorities and identify process improvements.

• Salary indication between €3400 – €3600 per month excl. 13th month, travel- and vacation allowance.
