Are you customer-focused, communicative, and passionate about making a real difference for clients? As a Customer Care Representative at AMF Bakery Systems, you are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an excellent service experience with your solution-oriented approach.

What do we offer you?

  • Monthly salary between €3.000,00 and €4.500,00 based on a 40-hour work week (depending on your knowledge and experience), excluding allowances

  • Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) and an excellent pension plan (PME)

  • Long-term employment contract (we are not looking for freelancers/contractors)

  • Flexible working hours, with the possibility to work partly from home

  • 8% holiday allowance

  • Collective labor agreement Metalektro, including 27 vacation days & 13 ADV days per year

  • Profit-sharing scheme, depending on the company’s annual results

Responsibilities of Customer Care Representative

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Provide technical or product-related support.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Process orders, returns, and changes accurately.

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

  • Identify recurring issues or customer needs.

  • Share customer feedback with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development).

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience enhancements.

  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, IT, or finance to resolve customer queries effectively.

Occasionally:

  • Consignment Service to First Line Support Engineer

  • Support for planning field work with department head

  • Carrying out inspections, repair and maintenance of existing equipment

  • Participation includes toolbox, pre-install, feedback meetings

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-oriented and empathetic approach

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Problem-solving mindset
