Join our client, a dynamic digital marketing agency, as a Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead the development of upper-funnel media strategies that balance branding and performance objectives, helping the agency expand its capabilities and deliver full-service media solutions. This is a fully remote position with EU time zone availability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Lead the expansion of media strategies beyond performance-focused campaigns.

  • Create tools and processes to manage marketing budgets efficiently.

  • Build strategies that integrate branding and performance goals.

Media Planning & Budget Allocation

  • Develop media plans across digital and traditional channels.

  • Demonstrate the value of branding investments alongside performance metrics.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance media planning and execution.

  • Support sales teams in identifying and approaching relevant partners.

  • Mentor team members on media budget management and multi-channel strategy.



Gevraagd

  • 5–10 years in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing.

  • Experience managing agency teams or major accounts.

  • Hands-on expertise with multi-channel media strategies balancing branding and performance.

  • Strong understanding of media planning tools, analytics, and trends.

  • Skilled in presenting creative ideas and data-driven business cases.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Leadership experience, especially cross-functional collaboration.
