Are you an energetic and motivated recruiter looking to make an impact in a fast-growing employment agency? We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Eindhoven, who will focus primarily on local recruitment across multiple regions in the Netherlands.About the role:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various job positions across different sectors. You will work closely with our account managers and clients to ensure the right match between candidates and job opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting local recruitment campaigns in different Dutch regions
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (online platforms, job fairs, local networks, referrals)
- Managing job postings and maintaining active visibility of vacancies
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills and motivation
- Coordinating start dates, introductions, and follow-up after placement
- Maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and local presence
Gevraagd
Requirements:- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a temporary employment agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Dutch and/or Polish/Romanian/Bulgarian will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the local labour market in the Netherlands
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
