Are you technically minded and ready for a new step in your career? With our client in Venlo, you will receive a direct contract with the employer, work in an international environment, and contribute to innovative technology. For your efforts, you will receive a salary between €2,747 and €3,215 gross per month, depending on your experience, supplemented by a travel allowance of €0.23 per km. You will also benefit from attractive extras such as an on-site physiotherapist and an irregular hours allowance.

As Operator, you are an indispensable link in the production process. You will work in a modern technical production company where you and your team will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and executing the coating process. You will ensure that everything runs according to plan, that the ovens are filled and emptied, and that any malfunctions are reported. You will work on different products every day, which means that this is not series production.

Eisen

• Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting of relevante werkervaring in een productieomgeving

• Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en een echte teamspeler

• Bereid om te werken in 2-ploegendienst (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) en af en toe in het weekend

• Bereid om een heftruck- en/of bovenloopkraancertificaat te behalen (of al in bezit)

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels of Duits

• Fulltime dienstverband (38 uur) van maandag t/m vrijdag, een enkele keer de zaterdag;

• Salaris tussen de €2.747,- en €3.215,- bruto per maand op basis van ervaring;

• 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen op fulltime basis;

• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer.

You will be working for a leading international organization specializing in high-quality coating technology. This company provides advanced solutions for the medical sector, aerospace, automotive, and tooling industries, among others.

• Completed education in a technical field or relevant work experience in a production environment;
• Accurate, independent, responsible, and a true team player;
• Willing to work in two shifts (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) and occasionally on Saturdays;
• Willing to obtain a forklift and/or overhead crane certificate (or already in possession);
• Good command of Dutch, English, or German.
