Recruitment agency Manpower is looking for a Lead Specialist CX for dsm-firmenich in Delft.

As Lead Specialist CX you will:

Manage daily customer order activities while ensuring complete data accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a proactive way
Resolve issues independently using available tools, and escalate when necessary
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels
Share customer insights across teams to improve processes and anticipate future needs
Lead assigned projects or initiatives (e.g., Key User for new systems)
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and complaint resolution standards

Proficiency in SAP SD, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong skills in crisis management and root cause analysis
Availability of 40 hour per week
Proven ownership mindset with focus on end-to-end execution
At least three years of operational experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics
Ability to manage orders, solve issues, and use support tools effectively
Solid communication and networking skills with a customer-first approach
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) because of job duties. Turkish is considered an advantage
Relevant education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
