As our Supply Chain In-Season Specialist, you are at the heart of the action, ensuring Nike products flow seamlessly from our distribution centers to our customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

In this dynamic role, you will drive operational excellence by managing the day-to-day planning and delivery activities during the sales season. You will play a crucial part in maintaining strong product availability and an accurate order book, directly contributing to our success in a fast-paced market through smart, efficient, and collaborative work.

• Proven work experience in a supply chain or logistics function with a genuine passion for operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven approach to achieving operational excellence.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive best-in-class service.
• An innovative mindset with a track record of identifying and delivering process improvements.
• A problem-solving attitude, with the ability to investigate issues and find effective, well-thought-out solutions.
• You are a self-starter who can manage goals independently while being a strong contributor to the team's success.

What will you do?

• Drive Operational Excellence: You'll oversee the day-to-day execution of our in-season supply chain, focusing on smooth inventory flow and timely delivery to meet our customers' needs.
• Monitor Performance: You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning and delivery, taking proactive steps to ensure we meet our targets for service, efficiency, and availability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with multiple departments, including our retail account teams, order management, and planning departments, to align on priorities and ensure flawless execution.
• Champion Improvement: You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our tools, processes, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Problem-Solve: You will analyze and resolve operational issues, ensuring a healthy and efficient supply chain from end to end.
• Support Key Initiatives: You will contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving our core operational goals: Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.

NIKE EHQ is based on an inspiring campus in Hilversum. A dynamic, energizing place to work that reflects the values and spirit of the brand. Colleagues from all over the world and located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes and running tracks. Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
