About the role

We are looking for a Network & Training Support Specialist Benelux to expand our five-person team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and supporting our dealer network in the Benelux. You will also provide training support where needed to ensure our partners are well-informed and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to expanding the dealer network in the Benelux.
• Maintain and support existing dealer relationships.
• Increase customer satisfaction through shared customer experiences in sales and service.
• Monitor the franchise formula of the stores.
• Support training and knowledge sessions as and when needed.
• Act as a point of contact for dealers and partners within the region.
• Identify commercial opportunities and report these to management.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, or have demonstrably academic thinking and working skills.
• You are proficient in Flemish and English.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
• You have strong communication skills and know how to build and maintain relationships.
• You work independently, proactively, and are results-oriented.
• You are willing to travel regularly within the Benelux
