How do you contribute to this as an ICT Business Consultant?

As an ICT Business Consultant, you are curious and proactive. You are willing to take a peek into the dynamic world and translate wishes and needs from the organization into concrete change requests that can be realized by our department or by our implementation partners. You enjoy engaging with various departments and have the talent to quickly identify opportunities and translate these into possible solutions which addresses their needs. Your primary focus will be in the field of recruitment and smart planning of personnel, accommodation and transport.

You will work closely together with your IT colleagues and consultants from our partners to realize innovative and stable solutions. In addition, you will be able to provide solicited and unsolicited advice on innovative opportunities for further digitization in both the short and long term.

Specifically, what will you do?

• Collect requirements from stakeholders, draft process flows and create change requests;
• Optimize existing processes based on feedback and suggestions from users, stakeholders and own insights;
• Oversee and partially contribute to the implementation phase of the changes;
• Participate in projects where necessary;
• Actively involve users in optimizing business processes.
• Ensure the quality, continuity, security and proper use of applications.
• Test changes based on acceptance criteria, ensuring that technical and user documentation is up to date.
• Provide workshops and training to users

What do you need to be successful?

You possess an enthusiastic and strong personality. You really know your stuff and go the extra mile unasked. In addition, you will bring some of the qualifications listed below:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level, majoring in Information, Business & IT Management or similar.
• Demonstrated IT experience and interest.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Creative team player who can combine innovation and stability.
• Good communication skills in English. Dutch or Polish is a plus.
• Domain knowledge of the staffing industry or HR is a plus
