About the role
Role: Team Lead Marketing (Sr. Performance Marketeer)
Location: Rotterdam (3 days p/w)
Language: English (fluent)
WFH policy: Hybrid (in-office preferred for collaboration)
Industry: E-commerce - Digital Goods
Product: B2C Platform for pre-paid simcards, top-ups, eSims, giftcards
Size and functions of local team: 10 FTE, 2 in Marketing (SEO & Email)
Role description:
75% Performance (Google): €80k p/m budget, 50% of sales
25% Strategy & Team Lead (1 x SEO & 1 x Email Marketeer)
Experiment with new (affordable/organic) growth channels
I.e. Influencer, Affiliate, Chatbots etc.
Growth perspective (for the candidate):
Perspective to grow into Head of Growth role
Must haves:
3+ years Performance Marketing experience
Experience in low-margin, high-volume business (ideally E-com)
Nice to haves:
All-round, full-stack marketing background
Experience with affiliate marketing
Experiene with AI tools
Team Lead experience
