Will you be our new Warehouse Operator at Stryker in Venlo?

Are you detail-oriented, strong in logistics, and eager to work at a leading medical technology company? Are you available to work in a 2-shift schedule? At Stryker, you contribute daily to improving healthcare worldwide. In our modern facility in Venlo, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator who ensures the flawless receipt and processing of medical products.

As a Warehouse Operator at Stryker in Venlo, you are responsible for the correct and efficient receipt of incoming goods. You play a crucial role in the logistics process, ensuring that medical products are handled safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable quality standards. You will work in a dynamic and clean environment where teamwork, precision, and safety are key.

Your responsibilities include:

• Physically and administratively receiving incoming goods;
• Checking deliveries for accuracy, damage, and completeness;
• Registering goods in the ERP system (such as SAP);
• Labeling, sorting, and moving goods to the correct storage location;
• Identifying and reporting deviations or irregularities;
• Collaborating with colleagues from Quality, Planning, and Warehouse;
• Contributing to a safe and organized work environment in accordance with applicable procedures (GMP, ISO).

You will work in a 2-shift system with the following hours:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00

• Gross monthly salary of €2,509 (based on 40 hours), excluding shift allowances;
• Flexibility: You will work in a 2-shift system, for which you receive an additional 10% on top of your starting salary;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance;
• Travel allowance (€0.23 per km);

• You speak and understand English, both spoken and written (company language);
• You are proactive, accurate, and reliable;
• You work well in a team and can switch between tasks easily;
• You have your own transportation (the location is difficult to reach by public transport);
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required.
