As a Team Leader for Packaging, you play a crucial role in ensuring our products are neatly packaged and ready for the shelves. You will lead the packaging department, which consists of ten production lines, and directly supervise ten line operators while indirectly managing 90 employees. If you have experience as a team leader in production and see this as an exciting challenge, we are looking for you!

- An attractive starting salary from €19.41 per hour (including 12.5% shift allowance and ADV);

Wij vragen:

- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Waar ga je werken:

The company is an innovative food producer in Europe, specializing in poultry and other ingredients. Their range of products includes meal components and ready-made meals, such as salads. There is an increasing focus on vegetables and alternative proteins. The products can be found in supermarket coolers and quick-service restaurants. At the production location in Ommel, there are around 700 employees. The location carefully processes poultry parts and produces around 250,000 products daily, including ready-to-eat chicken wings and large packs of chicken fillet.
