As an operator, you’re responsible for monitoring and starting up production processes, overseeing the sawing line, mixing material recipes, performing quality checks, and analyzing and resolving technical issues.

Wat wij vragen
What you bring:
- Technical insight and a passion for working with machines;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule, with the potential to move to a 5-shift rotation;
- Your own transport (location is not easily accessible by public transport);
- You speak Dutch, English, or German and work accurately and independently;
- A team-oriented mindset, with initiative and attention to detail;
- A valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through us;
What we offer:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,388 and €3,848 (including shift allowance);
- 21.75% shift bonus on all hours worked;
- 3% year-end bonus;
- Travel expense reimbursement;
- Full-time contract (36 hours per week);
- Free VCA course after 3 weeks, provided by us;
- Fresh fruit at work every day.
