As an operator, you’re a vital part of our 12-person team in the sawing department. You’re responsible for monitoring the production process from raw material handling to the final product. You ensure the smooth operation of semi-automated sawing machines and robots, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with the maintenance team.
What you’ll do:
- Operate semi-automated sawing machines and robotic systems;
- Monitor the sawing process and perform quality checks;
- Measure sand-lime bricks and ensure consistent product quality;
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate actively with the technical team.

Wat wij vragen
What we’re looking for:
- Technical insight and a passion for working with machines;
- A valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through us;
- Willingness to work weekend shifts, with the potential to move to a 5-shift rotation;
- Your own transport to reach the site;
- You speak Dutch, English, or German and work accurately and independently.
What we offer:
- Gross hourly wage of €17.66 (excluding allowance);
- 3% year-end bonus;
- Travel expense reimbursement;
- A role with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- Two 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday, and you’ll get paid for a full 40-hour week;
