Looking for a Financial Accountant who likes to work in an international environment. It is a must that you speak English and Turkish fluently for this position.

Description

• Prepare and manage financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Oversee account reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Turkish financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and provide insights for financial planning.
• Support the implementation of financial process improvements within the organisation.

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of Turkish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Previous experience in the BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES department is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

• Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
