As a Process Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines, maintaining and continuously improving our production processes. You’ll be the key driver for operational excellence and efficiency, working in close partnership with management and operations.

• Initiate, drive, and lead process improvements in collaboration with multidisciplinary partners to enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
• Supervise and continuously assess existing processes to ensure operation within validated and regulatory limits, achieving expected output/yield, and implementing strategies to minimize downtime and losses.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to inform and drive continuous process improvement, ensuring compliant documentation and accurate process records.
• Be the go-to guide for complex Product Impact Assessments and Change Control designs. Support formal issue processes to proactively highlight risks related to safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct Gemba walks to observe processes performed by manufacturing operators and lead sustainable, on-the-ground improvements.
• Play an essential role in implementing Operations unit objectives, such as the successful introduction of new production processes and systems.

• A relevant University degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of proven experience.
• Required language skills are Dutch A2 and English C1.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, routine proficiency in data analysis, and specialist proficiency in business applications.
