We are currently looking for a proactive and analytically skilled Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our client, an international company specializing in the procurement and distribution of industrial products, including technical hose systems. The role is based in Roermond and involves supporting customers, driving sales growth, and helping to optimize internal sales processes. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships and contributing to business success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding business within the DACH region. Your main tasks include:

• Maintaining telephone contact with new customers.
• Proactively managing and developing existing customer relationships.
• Expanding a portfolio of customers and prospects together with your team.
• Ensuring customers receive the best possible service and support.
• Preparing and following up on quotations, and responding to customer requests.

What do you bring?

• Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field;
• Strong communicator who is persuasive, customer-focused and enjoys building long-term business relationships;
• Confident in German, ideally with additional English language skills. Any other languages are an advantage;
• Motivated, reliable and a real team player who likes to contribute to company success;
• First experience with MS Navision and the Microsoft Office suite is a plus;
• We also welcome applications from career changers or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to learn.
