As European Project Manager Quality Industry, you play a key role in driving quality improvement initiatives across our European operations. You will lead complex, multi-site projects that enhance our quality systems and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact on quality performance.

In this role, you will lead high-impact quality projects across our international production environment. You bring structure, drive collaboration, and enable improvement – from strategy to execution.

• Lead complex quality projects across multiple European sites.

• Drive the harmonization and improvement of quality systems and processes.

• Act as the central link between QA, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and standards (e.g. EU food law, HACCP, GMP).

• Guide and support cross-functional project teams.

• Assist the Director Quality with project logistics and follow-up on key actions.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Engineering, or similar.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in QA/QC, ideally in the poultry or meat industry.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing international and multi-site projects.

• Proven track record with QMS frameworks like FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS, or ISO 9001.

• Experience in multi-country, multicultural environments is a strong advantage.

Competencies: 

• Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
  Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset and a structured, data-driven approach.

• Able to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence across all levels.
