We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist for the gaming sector. You will deliver high-quality support to enterprise clients, ensuring smooth experiences across digital platforms. This role requires interaction with customers via multiple channels, resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance. You will also learn and operate on varied platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer behaviour and support data to identify trends.

  • Support client setup and navigation of services.

  • Assist in managing client accounts and achieving service targets.

  • Develop plans for new client onboarding.
