A great hourly wage, a pleasant work atmosphere, and plenty of learning opportunities – that’s what you get as a woodworker at HQ Group in Eindhoven. You’ll produce custom-made wooden packaging, read technical drawings, and work with modern woodworking machines.

You make sure every product is made safely and precisely. Together with your colleagues, you deliver craftsmanship and quality. Your top 3 tasks are:

Operating machines such as saws and planers
Reading and following technical drawings
Inspecting products and fixing minor defects

HQ Group in Eindhoven designs and produces smart, sustainable packaging for sensitive systems and components. They also handle logistics and cleanroom operations to ensure safe product handling.

You’ll work in a friendly, supportive team with short communication lines and an informal atmosphere. Colleagues help each other, and there’s lots of focus on personal growth and development.

Wat wij jou bieden

You’ll work full-time in a two-shift system: one week from 06:00–15:00, the next from 15:00–24:00

A monthly salary of €3033, including 18% shift allowance
25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer starting from 10 km

You’re accurate, hands-on, and enjoy practical work. You make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. You also bring:

Ability to read technical drawings
Minimum secondary school level (VMBO equivalent)
