- Technical insight or experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Access to your own transportation (the location is not easily accessible by public transport)
- You speak Dutch, English, or German

What you’ll do as a CNC Operator:
- Set up and operate advanced CNC machines
- Manufacture precise aluminum parts based on technical drawings
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Finish parts by grinding, sanding, and cleaning
- Assemble and package final products for shipment
