Manpower is looking for multiple Returns Operators for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.

As a Returns Operator you will:

Process and inspect non-product complaint related customer returns based on visual inspection criteria and exceptions
Give disposition and process in-house damages or damages from suppliers and forwarders
Log, investigate, and close return-related issues
Communicate daily returns data to management
Forward products to the correct department (Marketing Service, Quality, Inbound, Inventory Control, Rework)
Process cancelled deliveries and support rework when needed
Identify and escalate workflow interruptions or product issues
Actively participate in continuous improvement and returns-related projects
Handle products according to Quality guidelines
Ensure compliance with training and certifications
