IntroductieAs a Customer Service Officer, you manage international orders, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a flawless customer experience every day.

You will join an international, dynamic organization where customer focus is a top priority. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact for customers and play a key role in managing the order process.
- Accurately and timely process orders in the system
- Ensure data and procedures in SAP are correct
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning) to exceed customer expectations
- Proactively communicate order status and any changes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Are you an energetic and organized Customer Service Officer who enjoys solving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently? You thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same.
- MBO or HBO level education (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Experience in customer service or order management, preferably in an international setting
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
You are customer-focused, communicative, and a team player. You keep an overview during busy periods and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes.
