Project Manager | Product Information Management | Geleen | Hybrid | ZZPProject Manager PIMWe are looking for a PM to implement a new Product Information Management (PIM) system to replace the current solution Mbase.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Drive the end-to-end implementation of the new PIM platform, including project planning, progress monitoring, stakeholder consultation, and reporting.
Requirements Mapping: Support the evaluation of existing custom functionalities to determine what is essential for the new platform. Work closely with the Product Owner, who remains responsible for defining and prioritising features, user stories, and the overall roadmap, as well as safeguarding scope and quality.
Architecture & Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure the solution follows composability principles and aligns with broader IT strategy and directions.
Data Governance: Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure clear ownership and high data quality, based on a solid understanding of data platforms.
Change Management: Support adoption and correct usage of the new PIM system across silos and domains, driving behavioural and process change.
Dependency Management: Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies with other platforms and related projects to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
