JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Maintenance Technician, you are essential in this 24/7 production environment. With over 100 production lines, it’s your responsibility to keep the machines running smoothly. You quickly and professionally resolve technical faults, perform maintenance, and actively contribute to technical improvements. You are the unseen force behind the scenes—thanks to your technical skills, millions of fresh fruit and vegetable products leave the factory on time and in top quality every day.
What will you do?
- Quickly identify and effectively resolve malfunctions and technical issues;
- Prevent machine downtime by implementing temporary or emergency solutions when needed;
- Contribute to innovation and improvement of machines, processes, and working methods;
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from production, engineering, and technical departments to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- A completed education with a technical background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering;
- Experience working as a technician in a production or process environment;
- You value quality and safety—terms like HACCP and BRC are familiar to you, or you’re quick to learn them;
Good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €4,500, depending on knowledge and experience;
- Shift and travel allowance;
- 26 vacation days;
