About the role
Role: Marketing Lead (Demand Gen / ABM)
Location: Rotterdam
Language: English (fluent)
WFH policy: Hybrid, 3-4 days in-office
Industry: R&D
Product: AI platform for R&D (ranks patents on potential/relevance)
Size and functions of local team: 35 FTE, 15 in Rotterdam
Role description:
Design & executie the Global Marketing & Demand Gen Strategy
Campaign execution: ABM, LI Ads, Webianars, Events (roundtables etc.)
Involved with Foundational PM work (positioning, messaging)
Building the Data, Reporting, Analytics & Attribution infrastructure
1 direct report: Kamal (creative, content, video, design, website)
Unique about the company:
Founded 2019, long time idea, accelerated by AI (MIT was also researching it)
€2mio ARR, 100% YoY growth, €1mio Seed Round
Will be 100% SaaS, fully agentified by Q1 2026 (first solution of it's kind)
Clients incl. NASA, Canon, Rabobank, LVMH, TUDelft and many more
Deals start at €100k ARR, sales cycles are 3 months, very high close rate
ICP is Large Enterprise w/ own R&D, global TAM is
Growth perspective (for the candidate):
Clear path to become Head of Marketing at a top AI company
Must haves:
3+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS
ABM & Enterprise SaaS experience
All-round, hands-on, able to executie
Nice to haves:
Early stage start/scale-up experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: up to €100k + equity
