Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of syringes, ensuring compliance with medical device 

  standards.

• Apply advanced plastic injection molding techniques to improve product quality and manufacturability.

• Develop prototypes and introduce new concepts based on market and customer needs.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, manufacturing, and marketing.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges during development and production.

• Maintain thorough documentation to support testing, validation, and regulatory submissions.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team development within the R&D function.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device product development.
• Strong expertise in plastic injection molding within the medical sector.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
