For one of the fastest-growing e-commerce players in Europe, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member to join the returns department.

Every day, we are committed to providing athletes with top-quality gear to help them push their limits. You’ll play a key role in this mission by ensuring a smooth and efficient handling of returned products.

As a returns employee, you are responsible for processing returns quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer service. Whether it's the wrong size, an exchange, or a defective item – you make sure everything is handled properly and efficiently.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and informal team where collaboration is key. Our logistics center is the beating heart of the company and the first point of contact for our customers – which is why we're looking for someone who is precise, driven, and has a great eye for detail.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Inspect returned packages and products
Process all types of items and prepare them for a second life
Perform administrative tasks to ensure everything is properly handled for the customer
Support general warehouse tasks when needed during busy periods
