Role Overview• Serve as Input Output Control Engineer, responsible for the technical management of inbound and outbound document flows• Oversee and optimize document-related processes and technical solutions, including:• Mass document production systems• Publication and distribution workflows• Sorting, scanning, and forwarding solutions for incoming documents• Archiving and storage solutions• Ensure operational efficiency and reliability across all document handling processes• Active knowledge of at least one national language (Dutch or French) is required• On-site presence of at least two days per week at the designated location is mandatoryCore Competencies• Project management: able to coordinate and deliver initiatives effectively• Meeting facilitation: skilled at leading and structuring discussions and workshops• Assertiveness: confident in communication and decision-making while maintaining professionalismFunctie-eisen
Technical Skills Overview• Linux: Proven and confident user with solid hands-on experience• PHP: Proficient in development and scripting; strong practical background• Rundeck: Junior-level familiarity with job automation and orchestration tools• Scriptura: Expert-level knowledge and experience with document composition and output management• SQL: Competent in database querying, optimization, and management• Windows: Strong operational knowledge across various system administration tasksLanguages• Englisch: Active knowlegde• Dutch: Passive knowlegde• French: Passive knowlegdeSollicitatieprocedure
