Wat ga je allemaal doen?
Are you an experienced CNC Operator with 5–10 years of hands-on experience looking for a new challenge in a modern production environment? Our Finishing Department is seeking a motivated expert who can independently set up, program, and operate CNC machines with Siemens control systems. With your technical know-how, you ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent high-quality results in the production process.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Independently set up, program, and operate CNC machines (Siemens controls);
- Manage multiple CNC and NC machines simultaneously to meet production goals;
- Manufacture precision wear-resistant parts based on technical drawings and specifications;
- Perform detailed quality inspections using advanced measuring instruments to meet strict standards;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace according to 6S methodology and safety guidelines;
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
En waar we op hameren
- 5–10 years of proven experience as a CNC Operator;
- Solid knowledge of Siemens CNC control systems;
- Ability to program directly at the machine;
- Technical education in metalworking or a related field (MBO level 2 or higher);
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30, including a 30-minute break);
- Flexibility to work overtime or support other departments when needed;
- Motivation to continue developing your skills through internal training programs.
