The global Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer is responsible for planning consolidation, sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for the spend under the category of dairy raw materials (DRM). You will reports to the Head of S2C Global:

• Consolidates demand from OpCos;
• Defines the right content for business needs;
• Develops and executes the sourcing calendar (Keelvar, RFx);
• Performs complex analysis and insight generation;
• Works in close collaboration with all Category Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy;
• Negotiates terms with suppliers autonomously in cases defined by category procurement or assist them in the negotiation process;
• Responsible for the KPI's on souring performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices;
• Proactive manage related stakeholders;
• Continuous improvement, drive automation/digitalization.

Demand Consolidation

• Consolidate demand plans for Milk Powder and Dairy Raw Material Specialties sales into S&OP demand plans;
• Drive continuous improvement of the forecast accuracy Updated S&OP plans.

Plan

• Coordinate activities related to the constraining and allocation process. Demand planning for Dairy Sourcing, consolidating demand from OPCO’s, ensure volumes are sourced from the right approved suppliers; 
• Align the sourcing activities on a regular basis with business and/or category procurement plans, needs and strategy; 
• Clear direction and guidance to sourcing, contracting and content definition.

Sourcing execution

• Prepare (through analysis of requirements like quantity, specifications, etc.), manage, execute, and evaluate sourcing events for the assigned (sub)category or Opco scope, in line with the sourcing guidelines and policy;
• Buyers and Procurement Managers are enabled to fulfill demand for goods/services in an efficient and economical manner;
• Legal Contract Life cycle Management Define and implement contracts, adapt where needed, monitor the quality, progress, and expiration. Contracts meet the requirements of the business. Delivery of goods/services within the agreed parameters.

Content Definition

• Ensure an efficient hand-over of the required information to the PSSC;
• Compliance & Internal Control Ensure compliance in processes, systems, and procedures, and develop ad hoc solutions within the procurement department.

Issue Management

• Identify, analyze, and solve issues and complaints concerning suppliers and/or sourced goods/services, in line with contractual agreements;
• Timeliness, quality, and safety of (the delivery of) products and/or services is ensured.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and measure procurement processes, practices, tools, and systems;
• Define, implement, and evaluate improvement opportunities;
• Efficient, effective, and simple procurement processes, tools, and systems.

Stakeholders

• Working hand-in-hand with Category Procurement Managers and Support Officers, also a contact person to the planners at the production locations.

Gevraagd

• Minimum 5 years with higher vocational /applied sciences/bachelor or <5 years with Academic/Master degree
• Preferably work experience in a position within Procurement or linked to the commercial field, specifically in B2B sales or demand planning;
• You are a real team player, but also an independent and proactive worker;
• You are strong in communication and give solicited and unsolicited advice with the aim of improving together;
• You are ambitious and you have a strong drive to grow on a personal and professional level;
• Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems (including SAP / BW), PowerBI and Excel;
• Knowledge and experience with OTC and Supply Chain is a plus;
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: skill in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in procurement documentation, contracts, and data analysis;
• Relationship Building: ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Aanbod

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for 3 months.

The salary range for this full-time role is between €3500 and €4000 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
